Roses are red
Violets are blue
Hi, I’m cancer
Fuck you
Roses are red
Peonies can be white
You’re eventually going to die
No matter how hard you fight
Dreams come at night
When we’re fast asleep
Soon the cancer wins
Then you’ll be six feet deep
You’re brave and you’re tough
Some will call you a fighter
But how tough do you feel
When you need an adult diaper?
Live a life full of love
One you’ll never regret
If you’re lucky you can live it twice
Because cancer brain will make you forget
Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet
Sterile paper on the seat that was made
Along came a spider who sat down beside her
And gave her her stage and her grade
Hey diddle diddle,
Cancer in the middle(life)
The bills are over the moon
The insurance company laughed to see such pain
But the pain might be over soon
Humpty Dumpty sat on a table
Humpty Dumpty was barely able
All the best doctors and all the top meds
Couldn’t cure cancer and Humpty was dead
Twinkle twinkle heart rate monitor
How I wonder what’s that number
Beep and beep all damn night
I will not sleep til morning light.
Twinkle twinkle what the hell
This is life now- oh well
There was a sick woman who lived in the U.S.
She went to the hospital, in great distress
Her insurance did not cover the claim that she made
So now in the ground is where she is laid.
Dr. Donald had a ward H-M-O-P-P-O
And in his ward he had a patient H-M-O-P-P-O
With a tumor here and a tumor there
Here cancer, there cancer
Everywhere a tumor
Dr. Donald had a ward H-M-O-P-P-O
Stage 4 incurable cancer, it is a death sentence
Whenever we go out, the people always shout
There goes a dead man walking there da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da
Jack and Jill went up the hill to get some exercise
Jack fell down and hurt his head requiring MRIs
The words he heard that scared him so were “you have terminal cancer”
Now he cries every night for he can no longer be a dancer.
And one more to take us home……
Early morning your body starts to wake
The sun is out the day is yours to take
Unless you have cancer
Then your only answer
Is a predetermined fate
